9/21/09-9/25/09

In writing this week we will be working on our Narrative Personal Essay. The students are doing great with this. I have chosen to take 1 paragraph at a time so as to show them that they can break it up. We will be looking our word study skills and at subject and verb agreement.

Their Journal assignment will be to notice the leaves outside. How are they changing? Why do they change? When do they change? Where are the colors most bright? What has to happen for the change to take place?
